The challenge
The solution is for an Energy infrastructure completions management company. I worked closely with Unasys to transform the experience of managing system relationships, tag dependancies and proactively highlighting areas requiring action based on configurable client processes.
The goal was move Unasys away from providing bespoke software solutions from the ground up for each client, and into the more scalable approach of a unified, role-based platform for all.
The result of this platform unification was a reduction in time maintaining multiple, duplicate systems, a more optimal user experience for site engineers, with a clear path to increased revenue from new business opportunities.
